Casantra Homes was founded to solve one of the major challenges facing university students and young professionals: finding safe, suitable and affordable accommodation without unnecessary stress.
The idea came from personal experience. As a university student I went through the difficulty of securing accommodation myself. On-campus housing cannot meet the needs of a large share of the student population, which leaves many people searching for alternatives in an already difficult market.
That gap has also created room for fraudulent agents who exploit people who are desperate for somewhere to live, and a lot of students lose hard-earned money to them.
We simplify the search by connecting you directly with property owners and managers, cutting out the unnecessary middlemen and the complications that come with dealing with several agents at once.
The goal is simple: accommodation you can trust, with less stress and more confidence.

No. Browsing is free and booking an inspection is free. You only pay rent and the standard fees once you decide to take a room, and those are agreed with the property manager before anything changes hands.
